The Texas Health and Human Services Commission Institute (The Institute) is a four-day virtual conference that provides education and training for substance use and mental health providers, as well as other stakeholders.
This year’s Institute will explore innovative approaches to engaging communities, providing education on the latest research and best practices and elevating behavioral health services to drive meaningful change. Topics will include trauma-informed care, workforce development, and integrating peer recovery support services. Each morning’s keynote session will be followed by interactive breakout discussions to deepen learning and application.
