Move-In
You are welcome to move your booth materials in prior to the conference start, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Monday, July 22. The first session will begin at 1:00 pm. The first break with Exhibitors will take place 2:30 pm – 2:45 pm that same day.
Move-Out
The last break with Exhibitors will take place 4:15 pm – 4:45 pm on Thursday, July 25.
