Registration

The Institute offers a five-day schedule starting at 8:30 am on Monday, July 31 with sessions on ethics, cultural competence, and HIV. The official Opening Keynote will begin at 3:30 pm on Monday with Dr. Jei Africa, a pioneer of cultural competency and cultural humility practices. The Institute will end at 12 pm on Friday, August 4th with a motivational presentation by Will Richey and the DaVerse Lounge.

Full Conference Registration

The cost for this year’s Institute per person is $475 for the entire week.

The rates will increase to $525 on June 19th and will be $600 onsite.

Registration is not considered complete until payment is made in full.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY Monday, July 31.

Individuals with outstanding balances cannot attend sessions.

Conference registration and payment method will be acknowledged with a confirmation by email.

 

Individual Registration

Group Registration

Register up to 30 individuals on one invoice. (Full Conference Only)

Upon completing the group invoice you will immediately have the option to pay via credit card or submit a purchase order.

Group Registration - Minimum of 2 registrants.

Currently, the SAPST Training is full. Please fill out the waitlist and we will notify you on a first come first served basis if space becomes available.

Monitor Scholarship

Every year the Institute accepts scholarship applications to be a Monitor during the conference. The duties of a Monitor include attending TBHI sessions to assist conference staff in speaker introductions, notifying staff of any technical problems in a room, assist in monitoring the CEU process, and assist speakers with any handouts they need to distribute.

The scholarship covers the cost of registration only. Meals, transportation, and hotel stay are not covered. Please complete the Monitor Scholarship Application form and submit to info@texinstitute.com or fax to 866-219-7008 by Friday, June 30th. Once all applications are received, they will be reviewed and you will be notified if you were rewarded a scholarship by Friday, July 7th. Selected Monitors will be required to attend a training session on Sunday, July 30th.

Important Information

Special Needs Requests:
Indicate on the registration form any special needs you may have during the conference because of food allergies, physical disabilities, or sensory impairment. Or submit requests by July 14 to info@texinstitute.com.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations for registrations must be in writing and emailed or faxed to the Conference Registrar before Friday, July 21. Because conference registration is limited and work is performed once registration is processed, there is a $50 administrative fee for any cancelled registration. After Friday, July 21 no refunds will be issued.
