The scholarship covers the cost of registration only. Meals, transportation, and hotel stay are not covered. Please complete the Monitor Scholarship Application form and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 866-219-7008 by Friday, June 30th. Once all applications are received, they will be reviewed and you will be notified if you were rewarded a scholarship by Friday, July 7th. Selected Monitors will be required to attend a training session on Sunday, July 30th.
Monitor Application - Deadline to apply is June 30, 2017.
