FAQ’s

If you are attending in-person, we look forward to seeing you at the Commons Conference Center in Austin, Texas located at 10100 Burnet Rd Building 137, Austin, TX 78758. We will have registration open from 10:00 am on Monday, July 22. The first Keynote will begin at 1:00 pm.

A link from the online platform will be sent to you the week prior to the conference. In order to view the sessions online beginning July 22, you will have to accept an account and add a password. Your email will serve as your username. The link is individualized for you and your specific registration. Reminder: Only one person can get credit from each individual link and individual registration. They system will record which session you are attending and for how long. You may choose any classes you’d like, but please arrive at your session online on time. 

Problems logging in day of? We have staff standing by to assist. For quickest response, email [email protected]. Include the name of the registrant and phone number.

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] prior to Friday, June 21, 2024. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Once cancellation correspondence has been received, participants will receive a cancellation notice. If payment has been processed for the registration, a refund will be issued less the $50 administrative fee. If payment has not been received, accounting will send an updated invoice for the $50 administrative fee. In order to cover costs, Swift Solutions (Conference Registrar) reserves the right to retain or collect conference fees in full for those who fail to cancel after Friday, June 21, 2024 and no-show without payment in full. 

All substitutions for registrations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected] prior to Friday, June 21, 2024. After the deadline, substitutions will be considered on an individual basis.

For those with remaining balances – payment is due prior to the conference start. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us by email. We are reaching out by direct email to notify of any remaining balances, but it your responsibility to ensure payment.
